ASMC's product presentation, particularly in brochures, catalogs, advertisements and on the internet, does not constitute a binding offer from ASMC.

  1. On our website, we inform the buyer about our products. Our offers are subject to change and non-binding unless they are expressly designated as binding.
  2. Your order to us constitutes an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
    After you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms receipt of your order and contains its details. The order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer. It merely informs you that we have received your order. The contract is only concluded upon confirmation of shipment or delivery of the goods.
    You can check for input errors before submitting the offer (step 3 in the ordering process: placing the order) by reviewing the order summary and correcting them directly, or by using your browser's "Back" button to return to the previous page.
    The goods will then be prepared for shipment, and you will receive an order confirmation/invoice via email. With this confirmation, we accept your offer to enter into a contract, so that a legally binding contract for the goods listed therein is concluded upon receipt of this email. For self-collection, the contract is concluded upon handover of the goods. Should you not receive a shipping confirmation or the goods themselves within two weeks, you are no longer bound by your order.
  3. All agreements made between the buyer and us in connection with the purchase contracts are set out in writing in the order confirmation/invoice and these terms and conditions.
