The more Experience Points (XPs) you collect, the more exclusive benefits you can secure through your rank.
You start your mission by creating a customer account. Once you've registered, you'll receive your own Adventure Pass, which you can use to collect XP on your journey.
Existing loyalty card holders will continue to receive their discount and collect points simultaneously. After the loyalty card expires, their status will be determined by the number of points collected.
Upon verification, soldiers, emergency personnel, and volunteers receive a base of 5,000 XP to which they can then continue collecting. Learn more about the government bonus here (https://www.asmc.de/pages/behoerdenrabatt).
Experience Points, also known as XPs, are ASMC's loyalty points. For every euro spent, you receive 5 XPs. By collecting points, you can secure exclusive benefits.
Score like a ranger! Every mission you complete – whether it's a purchase, writing a product review, or recommending a friend – earns you valuable XP. The more missions you successfully complete, the more XP you collect.
Your points are stored in retirement. As long as your account is active, your points will remain. However, if you are inactive for a year, your points will expire. Stay active and keep your adventure going!
On your birthday, you'll receive a gift of Experience Points (XPs). To ensure we can give you these, please enter your date of birth in the Prime League under "Happy Birthday" beforehand. Without this entry, the birthday gift unfortunately cannot be activated. Please note that the date is not automatically taken from your customer account.
If you didn't receive any points on your birthday, it's likely because your birthdate wasn't registered with Prime League. Check your Prime League account to see if you've entered your birthdate under "Happy Birthday." We can only credit your gift if it's registered correctly.
With our Level Up Together! program, you can give a friend a 10% discount on their first purchase. Once your friend has placed an order, you'll receive 200 XP as a reward. This way, you'll both climb the Prime League and unlock even more benefits!
