Returns & Return Policy at ASMC

1. Right of withdrawal & return periods

ASMC offers a legally mandated right of withdrawal of 14 days .
You can find details in our cancellation policy .

In addition, we voluntarily grant you an extended return policy of a total of 31 days from receipt of the goods .

Within this period, you can easily return items – for a refund or to place a new order.

2. How the return process works

Please always use ourreturns portal to register your return: www.asmc.de/apps/returns

There you will receive:

  • a free DHL return label (only within Germany)

  • the return label , which you should please include with your return shipment

  • the option to specify reasons for return

  • a comment field – e.g. for notes on damaged goods

A notice:
A photo is always required for returns , especially for damaged or defective goods – but also for better traceability.

3. Return process step by step

  1. Register your return in the returns portal.
  2. Print out the return label and include it in the package.

  3. Pack the items well , preferably in the original packaging.

  4. Print the return label or show the QR code in the store to have it printed.

  5. Remove any old shipping labels , if present.

  6. Drop off the package at DHL or the specified shipping provider.

4. No direct exchange possible

A direct exchange is currently not technically possible .
If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item as usual.

5. Return policy

To ensure your return can be accepted, please pay attention to the following:

  • The items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

  • Labels, accessories and original packaging must be included in full.

  • Returns of custom-made products, hygiene items, or perishable goods are excluded.

  • Only one free return is possible per order.

6. Refund

After receipt and successful verification of your return, the refund will be issued within approximately 14 days via the originally used payment method.

Please note:
In the event of a return within our return policy , the original shipping costs will not be refunded unless it is a complete return due to a defect or error on our part.

Returns within Germany are free of charge, provided they are registered via our returns portal.

7. Information on additional costs for returns

Please note the following important points to avoid unnecessary costs for yourself:

  • Please always register returns via our returns portal .
    Returns that are not registered via the portal or our customer service cause additional work – the resulting additional costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • Unpaid returns (packages without a correct return label) incur high fees – these will also be charged and deducted from the refund.

  • When returning goods from abroad, it is important to ensure correct customs clearance .
    If, for example, the return shipment is not correctly declared as a "return shipment", customs and processing costs will be incurred – these will also be deducted from the refund.

Therefore, please always use our returns portal and follow the return instructions provided there to avoid unnecessary fees.

Defects & Warranty (even after 31 days)

Should an item be defective or show a flaw during use, you can of course contact us even after the 31-day return period has expired .

You have a statutory warranty of 2 years from receipt of the goods.

Please send us the following:

  • A brief description of the deficiency

  • One or two informative photos (especially if there are visible defects)

  • Your order number or customer data

We then work with our complaints team to determine whether a repair, replacement or refund is possible – depending on the individual case.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or negligence on the part of the owner .
