Here you will find all information about our shipping costs, delivery times and international shipping options. We ship reliably with DHL and Deutsche Post AG – your shipment is always fully insured at no extra cost to you.
Our processing time is typically 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) until handover to the shipping provider. Any exceptions and the estimated delivery time can be viewed on the respective product page . If we need to split an order into multiple shipments, you will not incur any additional costs . Subsequent deliveries are, of course, free of charge if they are caused by us or the delivery service.

Shipping within Germany

Shipping costs for standard shipping:

• DHL small parcel : €3.95
  (for small shipments up to 1 kg and suitable dimensions – will be displayed in the shopping cart if available)

• DHL Standard Shipping (up to 31 kg) : €5.95

• Each additional package up to 31 kg: + €5.95

• Free shipping: for orders over €119

DHL Express – 24-hour delivery service:

Conditions:

• Order by 2 PM (Mon-Fri) or Saturday Order by 12 noon and receive your delivery the next working day

• Only for items that are immediately available and items that They may be sent via express shipping. (Option is only selectable at checkout if...)

• Items that cannot be shipped via express delivery are not available at checkout.

• Delivery Monday to Friday (no Saturday, Sunday or public holiday delivery)

• Delivery not to parcel lockers or post office boxes

• No changes or cancellations are possible after order completion.

• Payment in advance is not possible.

Delivery guarantee:

• Claims for damages exceeding the reimbursement of DHL Express shipping costs are excluded.

Outside of Germany

• France, Benelux (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands)

  • The shipping costs within these countries amount to EUR 8.95 for packages up to a weight of 31kg.
  • Each subsequent 31kg limit will incur additional shipping costs equal to the base amount.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over €129.00.

• Austria

  • The shipping costs within these countries amount to EUR 9.95 for packages up to a weight of 31kg.
  • Each subsequent 31kg limit will incur additional shipping costs equal to the base amount.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over €149.00.

• All other EU countries (except Croatia and Latvia)

  • The shipping costs within these countries amount to EUR 12.99 for packages weighing up to 31kg.
  • Each subsequent 31kg limit will incur additional shipping costs equal to the base amount.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over €149.00.

• Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway

  • The shipping costs within these countries amount to €17.99 + €0.55 for packages up to 31kg.
  • Each subsequent 31kg limit will incur additional shipping costs equal to the base amount.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over €199.00.

• Kazakhstan, Türkiye, Ukraine, Croatia, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, Tunisia

  • Shipping costs within these countries amount to EUR 24.99 up to 1 kg, with an additional EUR 1.50 for each additional kg.

• Argentina, Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, French Guiana & Polynesia, Estonia, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Latvia, Malta, Martinique, Melilla, Mexico, Monaco, Mongolia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Réunion, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Taiwan, Chad, United Arab Emirates, Cyprus

  • Shipping costs within these countries amount to EUR 29.99 up to 1 kg, with an additional EUR 3.50 for each additional kg.

• USA

  • Shipping costs within this country amount to EUR 48.99 up to 1 kg.
  • An additional charge of EUR 3.50 applies for each additional kg.

Customs information

For shipments to countries outside the EU, your order may be subject to additional taxes or fees (e.g., customs duties) that are not collected or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact these authorities for details.
