Garmin - Wrist-worn GPS device: Foretrex 801

The user-friendly Garmin Foretrex 801 Ballistic GPS wrist-worn device will be with you on your next mission.
The device was developed to military standards (MIL-STD-810) to withstand sand, dust, vibrations, shocks, temperature, altitude, and humidity. Its rugged design is water-resistant to IPX7.
To prevent GPS data from being saved and shared, and to disable wireless connectivity, you can activate stealth mode. Additionally, you can use the kill switch to erase the device's memory and activate jumpmaster mode for HARP (High Altitude Release Point) calculations according to military guidelines.
For reliable navigation, the Foretrex 801 Ballistic features an optimized multi-GNSS and advanced sensors, including a 3-axis accelerometer, a 3-axis compass, and a barometric altimeter. This results in improved positional accuracy.
In addition, the handheld device has a battery life of up to 100 hours in GPS mode or up to 1,000 hours in expedition mode.
