Bei mir hat die Warmhaltung nicht so funktioniert wie gewünscht, aber ich glaube das liegt daran, dass ich in einem Kühllager arbeite. Bei Zimmertemperatur dürfte es aber sehr gut funktionieren. Und das Gefäß gibt auch keinen Geschmack an das Essen ab, also nur zu Empfehlen.
