With the image upload at asmc.de you accept the following rules:

We do not allow the upload of the following images:
 
- Images that violate the Youth Protection Act or other existing laws.
- Images that violate the honor or human dignity.
- Images of violence against people or animals.
- Images that violate the privacy of others.
- Images with pornographic content
- Images with racist, radical religious or spiritual content.
- Images with phone numbers, email addresses or URLs.
 
We reserve the right to delete any image without notice that are in contradiction to the general good taste. We cannot be held liable for any uploaded images. Your IP address will be stored for legal reasons.
 
§2
The user confirms to have the necessary rights to publish the image.
 
§3
All images are subject to the copyright of the respective owners and are therefore no public domain.
 
§4
The user's name (John Smith or J. Smith) is published together with the uploaded action shot at www.asmc.de
 
§5
We reserve the right to modify or change these terms at any time without notice.
 
§6
The applicable law is that of the Federal Reuplic of Germany.
 
If part of the GTC will not be legally valid or enforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain unaffected.
